60Plus Senior Women's Social

We invite you to join our 60Plus Senior Women as they gather around a private pool and usher in the summer season!  
This event is being hosted by Jan Shirchild.  Please bring a towel and plenty of sunscreen.  Vegetarian snacks and cold drinks will be provided.  However, feel free to bring additional vegetarian items and non-alcoholic beverages.

All individuals are encouraged to explore their individual selves, without concern or pressure that the next step need be ‘transitioning,’ and without concern about fitting into other people's definitions. Make up your own! The Diversity Center's GenderQueer Peer Support Group provides a supportive and interactive experience at the center. The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.

A 30 minute guided meditation followed by a 45 minute dharma talk and group discussion of LGBTQ community topics seen through the lens of Vipassana dharma study.

Led by Teacher G Schultz with occasional support by Community Facilitators Shane Hill and Jace Freyman 

No set cost - People are encouraged to donate whatever they can to help support the teachers, community and center.
