The group helps men who are survivors of sexual abuse understand
that they are not alone and are not to blame. In a safe,
supportive environment, they will use writing, centering &
grounding practices, emotional release exercises, and other
processes to explore our feelings, confront the violation,
and recognize the anger resulting from the original abuse.
Gather strength, learn new skills, celebrate survival, and
take the steps necessary to heal and move on. Group meets
for 8 weeks.
