This month's event will be a St. Patrick's Day themed luncheon with a menu of corned beef and cabbage, a vegetarian Irish stew, and home made soda bread.

We are very happy to introduce you to Monique Martineau, Mindfulness Speaker and Mentor who will present The Enlightened Feminine and Masculine Self: Mindfulness tools to bring out your best self. In Monique’s words “We’ll explore the imbalance of feminine and masculine within us and how the unenlightened self creates suffering, such as overwhelm, stress and isolation. Then we’ll lift the veil of illusion and introduce basic and advanced mindfulness tools that can transform daily life. Ordinary enlightenment is alignment with one's inherent true nature, which expresses beautifully as the balanced feminine and masculine within us and between us.

We happily host a 60Plus Luncheon five times a year: January, March, May, September and November. We start with social time and a yummy lunch followed up with a talk about an important topic of interest to LGBTQ+ seniors or some light entertainment. A great way to help you digest!
