Older Adult Programs
Our Senior & Older Adult Programs offer LGBTQ+ folx opportunities to enhance their quality of life through social and recreational activities. Our menu consists of senior luncheons, men’s socials, women’s socials, and weekly Wisdom Workshops! We offer these gatherings for people to connect with others and learn about community resources.
Retro Rainbow: GLAM! A Queer Prom for Older Adults

Experience the LGBTQ+ Prom you should have had! Featuring drag, burlesque, a DJ, great food, and even better company. Retro Rainbow Queer Prom returns this year with a brand-new theme: GLAM! Come as your most dazzling self. Channel Ziggy Stardust, jump in with your fiercest Van Halen energy, or serve Whitney Houston realness. However you define glam, we want to see it. Our Wisdom Workshops are weekly sessions created specifically for LGBTQ+ older adults, offering a supportive space to explore topics that nurture physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Each week features a new focus, with workshops that include Trauma-Informed Chair Yoga, Music Bingo, Elder Abuse Awareness, Understanding SOGIE (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Gender Expression), LGBTQ+ Movie Screenings, and Ecological Awareness.
