Older Adult Programs
Our Senior & Older Adult Programs offer LGBTQ+ folx opportunities to enhance their quality of life through social and recreational activities. Our menu consists of senior luncheons, men’s socials, women’s socials, and weekly Wisdom Workshops! We offer these gatherings for people to connect with others and learn about community resources.
Retro Rainbow: GLAM! A Queer Prom for Older Adults

Experience the LGBTQ+ Prom you should have had! Featuring drag, burlesque, a DJ, great food, and even better company. Retro Rainbow Queer Prom returns this year with a brand-new theme: GLAM! Come as your most dazzling self. Channel Ziggy Stardust, jump in with your fiercest Van Halen energy, or serve Whitney Houston realness. However you define glam, we want to see it. Spring Forward with Pride: April Luncheon & Community Swap

Cost: Suggested donation of $15-20, no one turned away for lack of funds

Join us for our upcoming spring luncheon and enjoy live entertainment from Dancing for Every Body, delicious food, and excellent company! Bring a gently used/new item to add to our Community Swap table. Bring what you don’t need, and go home with something new to you! Now is the perfect time to offload unwanted holiday gifts or do some spring cleaning. Items must be clean, usable, and in good condition. RSVP by April 6.
Wisdom Workshops

Our Wisdom Workshops are weekly sessions created specifically for LGBTQ+ older adults, offering a supportive space to explore topics that nurture physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Each week features a new focus, with workshops that include Trauma-Informed Chair Yoga, Music Bingo, Elder Abuse Awareness, Understanding SOGIE (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Gender Expression), LGBTQ+ Movie Screenings, and Ecological Awareness.
