Gail Levine will be honored with the Candy Coonerty Woman of Valor Award.

The honoring will take place on Friday, January 25, 7:30 PM at the Shabbat service at Temple Beth El 3055 Porter Gulch Road in Aptos.

The award, established in 2000, honors women leaders who share the legacy of Candy Coonerty’s commitment to the Temple and the community at large through their leadership, vision, and achievements.

Gail’s work in the community includes being President of Temple Beth El, leadership in local schools, and support of various organizations including The Diversity Center, CASA and more.
