ABOUT THE WALK: The Redwood Loop is a wide level mostly shady unpaved path that is .8 miles long. There are benches along the path and a bathroom at the beginning and in the middle of the walk.
DETAILS:
Meet at 10:30 and carpool or caravan from the Safeway parking lot on Graham Hill rd in Felton.
We will meet in the parking spaces facing Graham Hill Rd. (or near there).
Those who do not have a parking pass have the option to carpool with those of us that do have passes.
(otherwise, Senior parking fee is $9 per car)
At 10:45, we will drive to the park. Note: There is spotty cell phone reception once inside the park
BRING: layered clothing, walking/hiking shoes, bag lunch, water, umbrellas if it’s raining. Note: if raining hard, we can go to the Mountain Roasting cafe nearby and eat lunch there.
