This Sunday Rebel Dharma group at Insight Santa Cruz will be dedicated to honoring the lives lost in the Orlando shooting and to working with the painful emotions that are the ripple effects of violence and bigotry. They will do a guided meditation to help cultivate peace and a sense of inner safety, and will discuss how we can take care of ourselves and each other in these difficult times. They intend to create a safe and welcoming space for all—no Buddhist inclinations or meditation experience are needed.
