Comedian/Producer Poppy Champlin has appeared on Showtime, HBO, LOGO and Comics Unleashed. She is constantly working because there is no retirement in comedy. Champlin works in Ptown, and on Olivia, and Atlantis cruises, and is coming back to Santa Cruz with her comedy tour, titled "The Queer Queens of Qomedy." This time back at the Kuumbwa, Poppy is in concert with fellow thespian, lesbian, comedian Jen Kober.

Kober is making big waves in LA. She has been on Showtime’s “Fierce, Funny Women”, on the TV Guide Channels show called “Stand-up in Stilettos”, she has been on numerous TV shows, Curb Your Enthusiasm, NBC’s Up All Night and is being sought after to be in big movies, Grudge Match with Robert Deniro, Anger Management with Charlie Sheen and many others. 

Jen is a full throttle comic, originally from Louisiana. Poppy and Jen together, Wow! This is going to be one high octane night of comedy.
