The 60-Plus Senior Program offers social, educational and recreational activities for LGBT elders. We meet bi-monthly in a central county location to enjoy each other's company, share a meal, and listen to a variety of speakers on topics pertinent to our lives. Informal socials for senior women occur in the interim months at The Diversity Center. Contact us for more information on dates and locations and please consider joining us soon. Lift Line provides the Santa Cruz County community with daily accessible transportation for residents who are disabled, elderly or frail. We are committed to broadening opportunities for all individuals by providing and coordinating the most accessible transportation possible. And we are ready to serve you! In need of low-cost transportation, but can't take the bus due to a disability or frailty? You may qualify for Lift Line. Our fleet of vehicles provides comfortable trips for eligible riders who are ambulatory or use wheelchairs or other mobility aids.

We support independence for vulnerable elders and disabled by providing a daily meal and human contact through our home-delivered meals program. Additionally, our four dining centers offer a variety of activities and a free nutritious meal to anyone 60 years of age or older.
