We meet bi-monthly in a central county location to enjoy each other's company, share a meal, and listen to a variety of speakers on topics pertinent to our lives. We are committed to broadening opportunities for all individuals by providing and coordinating the most accessible transportation possible. And we are ready to serve you! In need of low-cost transportation, but can't take the bus due to a disability or frailty? You may qualify for Lift Line. Our fleet of vehicles provides comfortable trips for eligible riders who are ambulatory or use wheelchairs or other mobility aids.
Meals on Wheels for Santa Cruz County
