Booth Vender Information

 

If you are a Booth Vendor for 2012 Pride Santa Cruz, please keep in mind the following items:

For relative booth placement, please see the 2010 map linked below which are VERY large, suitable for printing on 8.5x11" paper.:

ARRIVAL:

You should receive your final booth instructions about a week before the festival.  You must enter from Water Street, a map is available here.  You may arrive anytime after 8AM, but your vehicles must be out of the park by 10:30.  Failure to show up before 10AM will result in forfeiture of your booth space. No refunds will be issued. Remember, no outside alcohol, smoking, or dogs are allowed in the park. 

 

BOOTH SETUP: 

Upon entering at the Water Street entrance to San Lorenzo Park ( a map is available here ) someone will be there to greet you direct you and your vehicle to your booth location.  Our volunteers will make sure you know where to setup and help answer any last minute questions or concerns you may have.  

Also, please keep in mind the following items: 

*  No tent stakes or other things puncturing the ground are allowed.  Please keep this in mind when planning your shade structures, etc.

* No shade or shade structures are provided, and it generally is a warm, sunny day.  Come prepared.

 

BOOTH CLEANUP: 

Cleanup and tear down can start at 5:15 PM, not before. (The festival closes at 5PM).  We ask that you leave the park by 7PM. No vehicles will be allowed in until our security team deems it safe for vehicles to enter the park (generally about 5:30 PM).

Please leave the space as you found it. Please stack rented tables and chairs neatly at the center of your booth space and clean -up all trash in your surrounding area.  Volunteers do all of the cleanup and your help is greatly appreciated.
