Parade: 11 a.m., starts at Pacific Avenue and Cathcart in downtown Santa Cruz.

Festival: 12-5 p.m., San Lorenzo Park, 137 Dakota Street, between Water Street and Soquel Avenue.

Admission is free. Tobacco free; no outside alcohol; alcohol available only in designated area. Service animals only.
