Leadership Council


The Leadership Council consists of 12 community members volunteers with diverse backgrounds and high-levels of community involvement and professional experience. The collective council is able to provide strategic planning and legal advice and find resources within the community to support the organizations, groups, and individuals working to create a safe, empowered, and inclusive environment for all LGBT people in Santa Cruz County.

  • Trevor Davis - Social Worker Supervisor, Human Resources Agency of Santa Cruz County; Instructor, PRIDE classes for prospective LGBT foster/adoptive parents; former Chair, Santa Cruz AIDS Project; former member, Santa Cruz County Task Force for LGBT Youth.

  • Clare Sheils -Former Board Member and President, BAYMEC, a LGBT political action committee, Co-Chair, Diversity Partnership Fund, a million dollar endowment for the Santa Cruz LGBT community; Chair, Leadership Council.
