Winter Party & Raffle Drawing - December 12, 2009
Consider sponsoring the Center's annual Winter Party, a community gathering of approximately 250-300 of some of the Center's most dedicated members. This year’s publication is designed to build on the success of previous years Resource Directory’s.
In 2010:
- Circulation: Mailing directories to more than 3000 individuals on the Diversity Center’s mailing list.
- Distribution: On-going distribution at businesses, organizations, and events through the county.
- Promotion: Public Service Announcements (PSA’s) will be aired on local NPR radio station, KUSP & KAZU, to help promote the awareness of the Resource Directory to consumers and businesses alike.
- Coupon Pages: Printing several pages of coupons for our advertisers to promote their businesses.
- Color Cover: To enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the Resource Directory, the book will feature a color cover and back page.

For businesses, the Resource Directory offers three opportunities for visibility:

CommuniQ Artwork and Application Information:
Artwork Format: Art work must be provided in PDF (preferred), EPS (with fonts converted to outlines or embedded), or a TIFF or JPEG Format. Final ads must be 300 dpi resolution, grey-scale, in the finished output size.
Artwork Design Assistance Available: For businesses who do not have access to a graphic artist, graphic design assistance is available at $50 an hour (30 minute billing intervals). Advertiser must provide text (in a text file, Microsoft Word, Simple Text or email file), and artwork (logo, photo, or graphic) in a electronic file or as flat art. Basic Ad Layout Cost: $25. - $50. (depending on elements provided and design needed). Logos and concept illustrations are available at an additional cost.
